I wish the description had mentioned that the inserts were missing.
Otherwise, the shoes seem fine, and delivery was timely.
Without the cushy inserts, the shoes were much too loose - a sprained ankle just waiting to happen. Luckily, I found a temporary fix by borrowing some perfectly-fitting inserts that came with another pair of my shoes.
