The spine of the book is way worse than the photos portrayed, it's broken mid center and upper right. The break started from the top and has traveled to mid center placing pressure and distortion on lower spine.However I'm happy, I got it at a discount. It's a true first edition of the hobbit in paperback, no scribble inside..... Lastly the spine is fixable, it can be restored. I'll have the spine back to original condition/shape in just two days. Thank you for the bargain and fast delivery!
