Покупатель заказал капли в нос, которые таможня его страны не пропустила. 5 лет отправляю капли, проблем ни разу не было. Покупатель отвиняет меня в том, что не получил заказ.

Let the buyer know within 24 hrs about an issue beyond my control and offered 3 different solutions including order cancellation and full refund. Buyer ignored my requests and came back with a negative feedback a month later. Communication skills suck. Very bitter and unpleasant person.
