I recently purchased this dress that was advertised as new, but unfortunately, it had a distinct smell of being used and had clearly been exposed to soo much cigarettes smoke. I promptly reached out to the seller to address the issue, but unfortunately, my experience with them was far from positive. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter, there was no satisfactory resolution from the seller's end, they didn’t responded.
