Item arrived in well packed box, and while this was not a problem I do think they went overboard on the film wrap. Internally computer was in good shape for its age and once a power supply and HDD put in booted up without problems. Only complaint was the cdrom drive's door is pushed out, seems like it may have happened while in shipment. So cant comment if it works or not. Floppy drive is an equal mystery atm but I plan to replace with a GOTEK so not a big deal. Overall very happy with purchase
