The poster was not properly and securely rolled in a poster tube, it came came in an Amazon box, all folded and wrinkled. Not even the minimum amount of due care went into properly packing the poster.

I made a poor choice on using an Amazon box ship the poster and USPS was not kind to the box. I did refund the full purchase and shipped the customer another poster since I have multiples FREE OF CHARGE. Accidents happen and there are lots of sellers on Ebay who take care of their customers. A simple email to the seller does wonders.....
