I received broken post upon delivery, immediately alerted seller who said Okay, I can ship you out two replacement posts so you have a spare as well. Next reply "No problem, I will send you the tracking tomorrow morning. Have a great day!" 5 days later "Hey, I didn’t forget about you. I had a super busy week but I just got those two replacement posts sent out to you!". Ten days later "Hello, I am actually at the post office now shipping them!" It's been 29 days nothing. Never again never.
