The item is cheap and flimsy. The was no 3m two sided tape sent with the cover to install it. The was scratches in the carbon fiber. And a small chip on the edge of the part.

Hello friend, the product is attached to the fuel cap. So it has to be thin enough. Normally we provide customers with 3M adhesive as standard. Maybe there is an oversight at the factory. There are ways to fix the product if it accidentally causes scratches. We have also sent a letter asking about your situation when you left a review so that we can help you.
