All our returns are covered under the eBay money back guarantee for 30 days, the only exception to this is items listed under the "For parts or not working" category. Items listed under this category are listed solely as spares or repairs and are exempt from returns. No returns will be accepted, or refunds given.
If you have any problems with your item, please contact us first before opening a case or leaving negative feedback and we will do our very best to help you. If you have changed your mind, no longer require the item, or the item proves faulty, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. We will cover the returns costs and will send a prepaid label to you via the eBay return centre. Should you decide to use your own courier or postage option, we will refund a maximum of £2.99 which corresponds to the postage offered by ourselves and eBay.
Any attempted repairs to the device yourself or by any third party will void this warranty and will not be refunded. We also log all SERIAL and/or IMEI numbers of each item we send out, the item must be the same item that is returned to us. Any fraudulent attempts to return a different item will not be refunded and will be reported to eBay and/or the police for investigation.
Some of the products we sell to you come with a warranty period. This is detailed in the item title or description if applicable.
The warranty covers hardware faults or defects for 6 months from date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us via your messenger service or by email to discuss this with us.
The warranty excludes instances of accidental damage, screen cracks or damage, water or liquid damage or anything occurring because of excessive use. Items that naturally degrade over time such as batteries are not covered under warranty. The warranty also does not cover the device if there has been an attempted repair to the device and this will void the warranty we provide. We reserve the right to refuse a repair if any contravention of terms has been found and repairs will be at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to repair rather than replace under the terms of your warranty. If a repair is not a viable solution, a replacement device will be sent or refund in the last instance. If we send you a replacement, the warranty continues and does not extend from the new date of replacement.
All devices will have serial numbers and IMEI logged in our system. Only the device we send out to you is eligible under this warranty.
We reserve the right to decline false or fraudulent claims and further reserve the right to take legal/civil action against fraudulent returns.
