uh, because your ordered an item with a bust measurement - clearly posted - of 28" and waist 22". I take care to include measurements with EVERY item. If you can't be bothered to read the item descriptions you likely will receive items that don't work well for you. Taking measurements is tedious and time consuming; please respect sellers by READING their item descriptions.
