Contacted the seller to raise the fact it stated the item was dispatched via 48 hour courier and it had been 10 days. I then received a response which was very helpful and I was happy to wait. The seller stated they had undergone a warehouse transfer and it had been lost they’ll find it and even offered to personally deliver the item, after that message he never replied again and left me out of pocket and inconvenienced. Thankfully eBay refunded due to a lack of response with this.
