Seller stated they had slight use marks on them. They had black smears. I have these plates & they r used but do not have any marks on them. Very disappointing. Buyer offered to refund price but not shipping I will not be returning them at $20 to get a refund if $26. The shipping both ways should be the sellers responsibility since they misrepresented the condition!!

These plates had some utensil marks, as I indicated in the listing. I asked her to send me photos of the black smears and they were utensil marks, as I told her. She wanted me to refund her money but didn't want to return them to me. I told her that I would be happy to refund her as soon as I received the plates back. Shipping is always included in a refund. But she said she would just throw them away and tell everyone what a terrible person I was. Okay. Your choice.
