Buongiorno. Dalle foto da lei allegate non si vede nessun graffio. Il POP arriva da una teca completamente chiusa e sigillata e il pacco per il trasporto era a prova di bomba. Lei è in malafede e tutti i miei feedback positivi ne sono la conferma.
