Leaving negative feedback is not the way to message a seller regarding an item that hasn't yet arrived. As per my direct messages to you, having checked the tracking the item was delivered on the 14th May and includes a photo of the delivered parcel. Whilst I understand the time it took to get you (11 days) is frustrating, that is out of my control. From my experience, it is unusual for Evri to take that long to deliver an item.
