Delivered in perfect working condition, batteries included! My son gave me one of these years ago when I was taking about getting a dog. Gifted it to his 6 year old son for his birthday a couple of weeks ago and it took a spill on a hard floor at his party and just shattered, I guess the plastic had become brittle with age. He was devastated. I was surprised to find a replacement on ebay. As robot dog technology goes, this one is still at the head of the pack.
