Speedy1944 purchased this item and then requested to cancel the transaction before the item was sent, citing high shipping fees. I refunded him. As I told him, I do not set these rates. I indicate the weight of the item (4 lbs - it's a glass paperweight!), the dimensions of the box, and the shipping method (USPS Ground Advantage) and eBay sets the rates in conjunction with the USPS. He ought to review the total fees BEFORE clicking "buy" -- not all sellers will oblige his oversight like I did.
