I don’t like the walking stick. The quality is not there. It’ll cost me more to send it back. overpaid for the shipping. and will pay just as much to send it back. I’ll be keeping the low quality item not at all happy.

I refunded 100% of this woman's money immediately and ate the loss, including the shipping. She kept the stick anyhow, agreeing to remove the neg feedback. So far, she's refused to keep her agreement. See her own feedback for similar reports.
