    Seller ignores emails. Item was poorly described and changed right after I complained. Seller wants me to return but I basically lose the entire purchase price for both sides of shipping. Then goes silent. I'd avoid.

    The buyer refuses to start a return. I would be more than happy to send him a refund for the hat if he would start a return. The buyer states that I was ignoring his messages. There was nothing to say to him when he messaged me saying that he drove to Washington to pick up the hat. I did not have a reply. It's not my fault that he had the hat sent to Washington instead of sending it to his address. I replied back to his original message. So I did not ignore his messages like he states that I did

    After you sent me one message "start a return", I explained to you that any return value would be negated by shipping I would pay on both sides. You ignored multiple messages after that. Would have been nice for you to use all this effort in replying to me in the first place. You even went in and changed the description on the remaining stock to advise of it fitting poorly. Then you ask for a revision... Unbelievable.
