Buyer outside U.S. annoyed by customs fee. Surprised to learn that 'Grab Bag' includes both guaranteed items and random assortment. Both issues clearly stated in description. Offered to comply with any buyer suggestion to address complaint, including full refund and return shipping, but buyer has not responded after initial angry phone call.
