One cup was broken in shipping, one cracked and one chipped, one you said had a crack but didn't - offered refund for number of items divided by price plus shipping, wouldn't accept. Wanted over half the price of entire order of 21 items for 4 items. I have blocked this buyer and I suggest you do too.
