Item arrived earlier than expected but was defective. Contacted seller, who was responsive to the message, who immediately offered a HALF refund stating that there was a defect batch of the product found in warehouse. I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS. I was still left needing to replace a defective product, requested either a FULL refund or replacement product. Seller immediately stopped responding to messages and processed the 50% refund without my consent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
