This seller does not package the item to prevent damages. And when I consulted with them they refused to replace the item after it was damaged by some liquid. When I received the package the item and package was damaged. If a package is in an envelope, the item should have been wrapped so in case it does get wet item will not get damaged. I asked for a replacement not a refund and the seller advised that it made no sense for them to replace. I guess I am supposed to just be happy with it?

Never once said I would not replace the item and I told you the item was insured. You wanted to keep the item and also get a new shirt. The post office damaged the item and when I get it back I will file a claim and they will pay me $100 for the item. You wanted to blame me because the post office spilled oil all over the package. I can't help that but I also can't fix stupid.
