    Took 10 days for seller to ship item despite reassuring me it would be shipped and dropped off "next morning". Packaged in poly bag despite it being a fur product. When I asked seller if it was genuine chinchilla fur, they answered with "its real fur" but come to find out its rabbit fur, so definitely shouldnt be advertised as chinchilla fur. I have compared it to my genuine chinchilla fur and they are not the same.
