The items arrived with dents and scratches and were not in any packaging, just wrapped in bubble wrap and stuffed into a bag. I strongly suspect these are used from the damage to them and the missing plugs for keeping it sealed. They were not NEW, they are out of the original wrapper and only one of the airhole plugs were in it.
