We have a separate shipping and handling department that processes all of our orders. Buyer DID NOT submit order cancellation through eBay so the order showed up active and label was created but we had the department hold the part and not ship it. The buyer then opens a return claim even though the part didnt ship and buyer did not receive it. Submitting full refund.
