delivery firm used is very poor in my area due to the address postcode covering 18 properties - so it is a matter of luck whether the actual driver on the route that day knows exactly where you live. my garmin sat nav shows my address approx 1/2 mile up the road. so absolute reliance on sat nav here in a rural area is hit and miss. was informed delivery to be made wed, then thurs , and on friday. unable to refuse delivery item in paper and card envelope was left outside no bell was rung

sorry if the courier service is poor in your area. i dispatched the item for you on the monday the day after you ordered as soon as i could. you received it friday (after 4 working days) when they left it in a safe space for you. Admittedly it could have been a 2 or 3 working day delivery time if the courier was at its best. But it was a successful delivery in 4 days. I would recommend you speak to the courier if there is a problem with drivers reaching your address.
