The seller's description was incorrect. Seller approved the return, although he wanted to charge me $5. Seller made exhaustive efforts to correct Ebay's error on the shipping label, but was unable to provide me a correct label. I decided to keep the item, rather than return outside Ebay's return process and risk no refund.
