we didnt know the package had gotten lost. we shipped and provided a ups tracking number. now that we know the package didnt arrive we will assist in finding and if not found assist with the claim. i dont know why the negative feedback. package is insured for the buyer. buyer has made a claim and will be reimbursed if item isnt found
