Wrong perfume received, advertised as DBiR intense but received Coral instead, which I realised upon first spray as boxes have similar colours. I requested return giving the seller explanation and images of open item. Seller approved return but refused to refund me upon receipt of returned item.

I struggle to understand seller's comment. I am shocked by the above comment. She sent me wrong perfume, simple mistake, the boxes are almost identical colour. I was honest and transparent about opening it and spraying 1x, beyond that the item was not used. Images of opened item were included in my return request, which she approved but refused to refund me upon receipt. I had to get ebay involved 4 days later and explain further & send a proof. Yet she uses words like "sly, lies and karma"...
