Despite numerous requests to get just very basic tracking information from this seller (on this order, and also the same on my previous order with them too) they ignore my requests completely, and consistently fail to do what I have requested. An extremely unhelpful seller in this respect. All I have ever asked of them is to send me the courier company name and a tracking reference, but no matter how many times I ask they fail to do this one simple thing (I have a complicated home for delivery)
