Es ist in keiner Weise belegt dass es sich um einen Nachbau handelt und eine reine Behauptung des Käufers. Zudem hat der Käufer die Uhr geöffnet, div. Montage und Reparaturversuche an der Uhr getätigt. Ebay hat die Rückzahlung nicht ohne Grund abgelehnt.
