Buyer received hat in condition as listed and wants now the price changed because he sells hats for $8 and no hat in the world is worth more then what he charges for completely different hats. Goes on and on about what he charges but he is the one that sent the offer of $22 and I accepted it. Nothing wrong with hat I sold him he just does not want to pay for what he purchases at price he offers and wants to extort sellers into refund or he will leave negative feedback!
