The item is good.
However, it wasn’t what I ordered. The wrong model of trainer was sent to me. The buyer was responsive and offered a free return and would send the correct ones to me, however I needed them for a particular event & didn’t have the time or want the hassle to exchange. The trainers also weren’t 100% like new, they had a couple of scuff marks.
The seller was unable to offer any compromise on the price given the condition and the mistake they had made, so am disappointed.

We offered an exchange. Buyer didn't want to return the item. We offered that buyer can keep model 39 that we sent by mistake - which is a more recent model than ordered 37 was. In the end buyer wanted partial refund anyway, which we were not keen on. Unfortunately very disappointing feedback.
