Through no fault of mine this item didn't arrive due to Royal Mail error. On 3 occasions I offered the buyer a full refund, however, each time I was asked to wait and see if they arrive. Unfortunately they did not arrive and a refund was issued immediately on request.
To leave negative feedback when I continually offered a refund is totally unacceptable. As a result I shall block this buyer from ever buying an item from me. SELLERS BEWARE!
