After buying the item, it is not working after trying to charge it. I had followed the instructions on how to charge it, but there is a clicking noise when trying to charge it on my computer. Ideally I would like to buy another device if possible.

you told me that you charged the headphones through a wall plug and the instructions say plug into computer and charge that so you dont blow the battery as its only small and thats what you did blew the battery inside thats how there was a red light. these where brand new headphones. i cancelled the transaction and sent full refund so you dont have mess about and return them. you destroyed the headphones and leave me with bad feedback. thats uncalled for when it was you that broke them not me.
