Dear Ms Adams. This is the first I've heard of your purchase of a ALBION KEW PLATTER. Your complaint refers to "Loccitane divine cream". I do not know what this item is, & I certainly have never sold one. The TRACKING confirms the Kew Plate was posted on Fri 19 APL, and delivered SECURELY to your safe place (shed) on Thurs 25 APL. With respect I think you may have confused your purchases, & accordingly I would be grateful if you would kindly remove the negative response you have made.
