I reached out to the seller several times and received no answer back . I bought this item as a collector's piece for my daughter and asked that it be shipped directly to her of which I got no response and the item was shipped to me. The item arrived with some damage to the box as it was simply shipped in a bubble envelope with no protection. It took over 5 days for the item to even get a shipping label created and then several more days before it even actually got accepted by the post office.
