Not a good experience with this seller. Seller didn’t actually add tracking for the delivery until AFTER it had been delivered. Moreover, the item wasn’t as described. The seller used the word ‘thermostats’ in their listing title when it was actually a wireless temperature sensor. Which are not the same thing when it comes to Tado devices. Seller accepted return but then tried to pressure me into paying return postage. Not a pleasant experience at all. In fact quite the opposite.

This item was listed using the eBay template for the correct item, there are many of the same item listed with this description, as well as on the Tado Website. It was clearly listed as 'Wireless' and not the 'Wired' item that the user was after.
