Hi Jennifer, I'm sorry you are not happy with the table but the photos were taken at the same time as the listing so should not be any different. If you look at them again they should show the table in the same condition as I delivered it. I did say when I dropped it off that the legs could do with a coat of paint. If you are still unhappy with it and can get someone to get it back to me I'm more than happy to give you your money back. Regards, Vic
