Unfortunately due to handling of the delivery company and being stuck in a warehouse over the bank holiday weekend I lost out on around half of what I purchased. I did inform the seller and have said that in future maybe mark as LIVE PLANTS! This may help with them in future being handled better. The seller was shocked to hear of my experience and is now looking at changing courier. I’ve now purchased more plants from a different seller to make up for the loss of plants.

i have now changed my service to royal mail 48 hour tracked. yodel's recent 2-3 day service has been appalling with regular 2 week delays, as was your delivery. this is completely unacceptable. in 14 years experience of all the courier services, labels and messages on parcels go unheeded. once again, i will try the royal mail and hope for an improvement.
