My sewing kit was delivered broken (well the case) ,I contacted the supplier they apologise that this had happened. They refunded me £5 which i excepted. they did say I can still use the items inside the case box, I need to buy a new box now , the one thing I can say that the sellers need to send items in bubble wrap so they don't get damaged
