Absolutely brilliant, great machine and fun to have around the house - even though it's not supposed to be a 'pet'. Would probably do better if I could find the instructions and set up the programmes properly, but it doesn't do a bad job. I have lots of rugs and small level changes between rooms and it copes with those. Very easy to open and empty, too.
