We have a different understanding of the word "great". I would rate this watch as fair to good overall. The case has some minor scratches which is to be expected in a watch this old. The crystal is in good condition with some minor scratches and minimal discoloration. The strap is cracked and stretched out around the pins. And, while it does run, it's all over the place. At times running -38 and then in a split-second running +40. I would give this watch a 5 out of 10.

The watch doesn’t work. Upon receiving it I wound it and put it on only to find that the seconds hand FREQUENTLY gets stuck and throws off the watch’s ability to keep time. The watch itself doesn’t keep time well, losing around a minute a minute out of every hour. Scratches on the crystal are much more prominent than displayed.
None of this was in the description of the listing. Not very pleased that a $600 watch doesn’t work despite the claim of it being recently serviced.
