This buyer is a mental case and eBay think it’s fine to leave this on here yet Iv done nothing at all wrong, yet I can’t leave this buyer negative feedback and the behaviour of this buyer is totally unacceptable , I have explained and shown him everything I don’t have 1 thing of his I do not want your custom and I do not want your money, your the poor reason for eBay’s negative future, eBay should allow me to leave sufficient feedback for a abusive disrespectful person who should not be on eBay

This buyer has had a refund, he has been checking him PayPal but it goes back to original payment sorce and he keeps telling me he paid via PayPal, he doesn’t realise if PayPal has no funds it will use your bank so if you receive a refund it goes back to your bank
