Contacted the seller to try resolve this but now stopped replying. No compensation and no card sent to me. - Crown Derby piece itself no issues, but no authentication card was given with it even though it was listed in the advert/photos. Got my item out fairly quick so I’m happy in that sense but only got part of my order! Will now be contacting eBay. Overall I wouldn’t recommend if you are buying more than 1 piece from the seller.
