Top that was received was pretty but the overlocking was coming undone, something that I only noticed after I had cut the tags off as I was going to keep it. Seller accepted my request to return it but then after a day or so opened a case against me which eBay found in my favour (though they deducted about 86p from my refund for some reason?). Very odd.

You showed me a stich that came away on the top and i accepted return , you then cut tag and size label off and decided to return it so you sent me an item i could no longer sell as new with tag or the size label . I asked ebay for help as i was also charged for the return postage. I could have quite easily fixed the stitch and explained in the new listing but i can no longer sell. not very odd at all. You didnt even mention you had cut the tags off. top came today then opened case !!!!!
