I'm really really happy with this guitar. I had played another D-140 belonging to a friend, and loved it. This one was open box, but to my eye perfect in every respect. Absolutely like new. It has a very big sound, with surprisingly bright and clear highs. The guitar is set up really nicely and plays very very well. It shipped immediately and I had it in a few days.
