The Terible service was this lazy customer moved over a year ago and his forwarding had expired so after I shipped to him perfectly the next day in came back a week later as forwarding exlpired he then wanted a full refund 3 weeks later because of his laziness I refused to issue refund but told him that if he sent me a new prepaid label I would gladly remail he didnt want that his was a $15 item plus $10 shipping
