Glad to have the car but the condition said NEW however the seal was broken. I did see the car out of the box in pix but assume this was a second unit & the one I'm getting is NEW with unbroken seal otherwise its an "open box". It also has small a scratch on one side on white panel : ( no not suer Id repeat purchase

Sorry to hear about the scratch. I missed that. Would have noted it in the description. I open the M2's only to take photos. I have had these cars some with mixed wheels, missing parts and cracks in the back of the case that aren't visible with a sealed box. Been doing that this way for years, no complaints. I take photos of all sides so the buyer can see exactly what they're getting. If I sent a box with unbroken seal and there was a defect no seen from the front you wouldn't be happy. Sorry.
