The seller is very reliable and did reply on my mails (because this item got lost on the way) always fast and accurate. The item didn t arrive until now at my address in the Netherlands and I blame ebay shipping for this error. My experience with ebay customer service was very bad. No direct contact and only the possibility of one attempt to sent them a message. A second attempt was blocked.
